Project Officer Explainer Videos RTB

What you will be doing

• Work with the project leader to define the topics, content, and format of each video.
• Manage the technical side of the production process from A to Z: filming, audio, and video editing.
• Coordinate with colleagues and external partners to ensure smooth filming days and timely delivery.

About You

• You have an mbo-level education or equivalent work experience.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in film or video production.
• You are aligned with the mission and values of VluchtelingenWerk Nederland.
• You are familiar with social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• You are proficient in video editing software.
• You have at least B2-level proficiency in Ukrainian.

• Gross monthly salary between €3,061 and €4,420 based on a 36-hour work week (scale 7)
• A temporary contract until March 31, 2026, for 20 to 24 hours per week (to be agreed upon). Extension is possible depending on the future of the RTB project.
• The exact working hours are by mutual agreement, with the possibility of flexible and hybrid working.
• Individual Choice Budget (IKB): you accrue 16.5% of your gross monthly salary
• Career development budget: you accrue 1.5% of your gross monthly salary
• Pension scheme via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn
• Laptop and mobile phone provided
• Work-from-home allowance
• Travel expense reimbursement

Team RTB focuses on providing reliable and accessible information to displaced persons from Ukraine under the Temporary Protection Directive (RTB). The team hosts digital consultation hours, organizes live thematic events across the country, and produces webinars and explainer videos.
